几种添加剂对锰沉积过程的作用机理 Roles of Several Additives in the Manganese Electrodeposition

Abstract:

采用电化学石英晶体微天平(EQCM)技术,准确区分锰沉积过程中锰沉积和析氢反应的电位范围,然后采用传统三电极循环伏安技术和组分逐步添加的方式,考察氨水(NH_3·H_2O)、亚硫酸铵((NH_4)_2SO_3)和二氧化硒(SeO_2)等添加剂在单纯的硫酸铵((NH_4)_2SO_4)电解质溶液中对析氢反应的影响以及在同时含有硫酸锰(MnSO_4)和(NH_4)_2SO_4的电解质体系中对析氢和锰沉积反应的共同影响和作用机制.结果表明:(NH_4)_2SO_3可以显著促进锰沉积,但抑制析氢的作用不显著;NH_3·H_2O和SeO_2抑制析氢和促进锰沉积的作用均十分显著
