循环肿瘤细胞检测技术的研究进展

循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cell, CTC）检测是一种新型的“液体活检”技术，具有无创、便捷、实时、整体、精准和可重复操作等特点，为临床提供了从肿瘤细胞到分子水平的分析平台，弥补了现有临床肿瘤诊断方法的不足，有助于实现肿瘤患者的精准医疗。本文主要就CTC检测技术的临床应用价值和常用方法等最新进展作一综述。
The detection of circulating tumor cells is a new type of "liquid biopsy" technique. It has the advantages of non-invasiveness, convenience, real-time, integrity, precision and repeatability. The technique provides a clinical analysis platform from cellular to molecular levels, and makes up the deficiency of the existing methods of cancer diagnosis, to facilitate more accurate medical treatment for cancer patients.
