真理要辩，比如青霉素批号问题。“药”说青霉素连续应用中更换批号需要重新皮试，防范过敏。“医”说青霉素过敏与患者体质/基因直接相关，与青霉素质量相关，同其批号无关。目前青霉素批号问题的解释基本处于彼此割裂或分离状态，青霉素皮试规定停留在历史中，其语境应随着医学科学的进步而改变。
Truth comes out of debates. Take the dispute over the batch number of penicillin as an example. Accordingto the pharmacology, in order to avoid allergy, the skin test should be retaken after the change of the batch number ofpenicillin. However, according to the principle of medicine, the allergy of the penicillin is directly related to the gene orconstitution of patients as well as the quality of penicillin rather than the batch number of penicillin. At present, thereare lots of different explanations about the batch number of penicillin and some of them are even contradictory. Therequirement of the skin test of penicillin is made by the scientists in the early times, but its conditions should be changedwith the development of the modern medicine
