航空电连接器低温温度场数值分析研究DOI: 10.14081/j.cnki.hgdxb.2018.06.004 Keywords: 航空电连接器, 低温, 温度场, 温升, 数值分析electricconnector, hypothermia, temperaturefield, temperaturerise, numericalanalysis Abstract: 以航空电连接器为研究对象,在热学分析的基础上,建立了其三维实体模型;利用有限元软件ANSYS 热分析模块,在考虑电连接器内部传导散热以及外表面的对流散热、并施加合理的载荷和边界条件情况下, 对低温环境下的温度场进行仿真研究,分析了不同低温环境下及不同型谱电连接器的温度场分布特征,发现 低温环境骤变对电连接器绝缘体外围部分区域冲击较大;电连接器型谱对温度场分布影响很大,温度梯度最 大的区域以及温度变化交替处可能是绝缘性能退化的薄弱区域.最后对电连接器的温升进行理论计算,与仿真 结果进行对比分析,具有较好的一致性.Takingaviationelectricconnectorastheresearchobject,steady-statethermalanalysismodelsareestab? lishedbasedonthethermalanalysisoftheelectricalconnectors.Consideringtheinternalheatconductionandthecon? vectioncooling,thethree-dimensionalsolidmodelisimposedbythereasonableloadsandboundaryconditionsandana? lyzedbyANSYSthermalanalysismodule.Thenumericalanalysiswasmadeonthecryogenictemperaturefieldofacer? taintypeofelectricalconnectorsatdifferentambienttemperaturesanddifferentworkingcurrent.Abruptchangesofcryo? genictemperatureconditionshaveabigimpactonpartoftheouteroftheelectricconnectorinsulator.Electricconnector spectrumhadagreatinfluenceontemperaturefielddistribution,theareaofmaximizetemperaturegradientandthe placeofthetemperaturealternationchangemaybetheweakpointsthatcausetheinsulationperformancedegradation. Finally,thesimulationresultswerecomparedwiththetheoreticalvalueandshowthattheyhaveagoodconsistency.
