鼻内镜鼻中隔矫形术后鼻中隔缝合和鼻腔填塞对围手术期动脉血气的影响Keywords: septal suturing septoplasty PaO2 PaCO2 Abstract: 摘要: 评价在鼻内镜鼻中隔偏曲矫形术中分别应用两种方法固定鼻中隔,对患者术后围手术期动脉氧分压(PaO2)和二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)的影响。方法 选取80例鼻中隔偏曲矫形术患者,随机分为缝合组和填塞组,检测患者术后第1天晨起血气分析,收集PaO2和PaCO2数据并比较两组情况,观察术后并发症。结果 缝合组患者围手术期PaO2和PaCO2均在正常范围内,PaO2和PaCO2均值高于填塞组(P <0.05)。围手术期发生异常血氧的概率小于填塞组(P <0.05)。术后并发症的发生两组无明显差别。结论 鼻中隔缝合法用于鼻中隔矫形术,术后患者血氧状态较填塞组平稳,对患者呼吸系统和全身情况负担小,术后并发症的发生无增高,是一种安全的替代方法。Abstract: To evaluate the effect of perioperative partial arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) by nasal packing versus septal suturing techniques during patients underwent septoplasty.?Method?Eighty patients with deviation of nasal septum were included in this study. The patients were allocated into two groups: packing group and suturing group. PaO2 and PaCO2 were tested on the first morning after surgery, and then compare the clinical data. The post-operative complications were observed.?Result?PaO2 and PaCO2 in suturing group were among the normal arrangement. The average PaO2 and PaCO2 were higher than that in packing group (P < 0.05). There is no significant differences in post-operative complications between the two groups. Conclusions Nasal suturing techniques during septoplasty might be a valid substitution for packing with more stable arterial oxygen pressure, smaller burden on the respiratory system and the same complication rates.
