载脂蛋白E（apolipoprotein E，APOE）是一种脂质转运蛋白，对维持神经的稳态及修复起重要作用。阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimers disease，AD）是神经退行性疾病。在较多的研究中发现，APOE基因型与AD存在密切关系。在临床上，AD主要表现为进行性认知功能减退，常伴有精神行为症状，而这些症状也在常见的重性精神疾病中存在。APOE基因型与这些疾病是否存在关联值得思考。该文就APOE基因型与常见重性精神疾病的关联性做一综述。
：Apolipoprotein E (APOE) is a lipid transfer protein, which plays an important role in maintaining the stabilization of nerve and recovering. Alzheimers disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder. Most studies showed that APOE genotypes were closely related with AD. In clinical practice, AD is mainly manifested as progressive cognitive decline, and often accompaniedmental behavioral symptoms. These symptoms also exist in common severe mental illness. It is worth thinking about the correlation between APOE genotypes and these diseases.
