健中愈疡片对乙酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡愈合质量 的影响
Abstract:
目的：观察健中愈疡片对乙酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法：运用组织特殊染色、免疫组织化学染色和计算机图像分析仪定量评价健中愈疡片对乙酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡再生粘膜和肉芽组织的结构和功能QOUH的影响。结果：健中愈疡片对乙酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡模型具有减少溃疡面积、增加再生粘膜厚度、减少囊状扩张腺体数量、增加粘液PAS含量、增加肉芽组织中胶原含量和微血管数量以及减少固有层炎症细胞浸润数量作用,不仅能够促进胃溃疡愈合速度,而且能够改善胃溃疡QOUH。结论：健中愈疡片作为治疗胃溃疡新复方制剂,具有临床推广应用价值
