o’-sialon-bn复合材料在钢液中的侵蚀机理

Abstract:

?研究了o’-sialon-bn复合材料在钢液中侵蚀的热力学和动力学过程,结果表明,o’-sialon-bn侵蚀的主要原因是钢液中的[mn]与试样晶粒间少量玻璃相中的sio$_{2}$发生化学反应生成mno-sio2-al2o3低熔点渣相并溶解;同时,钢液中的[o]与试样中的o’-sialon反应生成sio2和al2o3,产物sio2又被钢液侵蚀掉;但bn不易与钢液反应.因此,bn晶粒在侵蚀层内壁聚集,逐渐形成较厚的扩散层,阻碍了试样在钢液中侵蚀反应的进行.o’-sialon-bn复合材料抗钢液侵蚀的动力学分为两段控制:前期由界面化学反应控制,后期由扩散控制,由此分别得出相应的侵蚀速度方程.
