常温固化酚醛环氧涂料的研制

Abstract:
?选择环氧官能度适中的酚醛环氧树脂作为基料,以脂环胺作为固化剂,制备了常温固化酚醛环氧涂料。考察了脂环胺的加成改性对其抗发白性和黏度的影响;探讨了3种脂环胺的耐化学品性差异;研究了苯甲醇对酚醛环氧漆膜的固化程度和耐化学品性的影响;分析了偶联剂对涂膜的抗阴极剥离作用。结果表明:选用官能度适中的den431作为酚醛环氧树脂;活泼氢当量为65的改性4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷作为固化剂;以苯甲醇作为增塑剂,其用量为酚醛环氧树脂的7.5%;以kh-550作为偶联剂,其用量为酚醛环氧树脂的0.5%(质量分数,下同);以dmp-30作为促进剂,其用量为酚醛环氧树脂的0.8%,得到耐化学品性与耐温性优异的常温固化酚醛环氧涂料。
