耐指纹涂料的研究进展

Abstract:

?随着便携式电子产品市场占有额的不断扩大,对耐指纹电镀钢板的需求量进一步增加,从而推动了对耐指纹涂料研究的发展。文章概述了耐指纹涂料自20世纪80年代至今的研发历程,结合国内外的研究成果,总结了耐指纹涂料的主要组成(如:钝化剂、成膜树脂、填料、助剂以及溶剂等),从环保角度出发,介绍了无铬耐指纹涂料所使用的几种常见无铬钝化处理剂,同时重点讨论了涂料各组分的作用及对耐指纹涂料综合性能的影响,并对耐指纹涂料的发展前景进行了展望。
