链条炉sncr烟气脱硝系统数值模拟及优化

Abstract:

以某台90t/h链条炉为研究对象,运用fluent软件对炉内的流动传热、气相燃烧过程进行模拟,得到炉内的速度场和温度场,并由此确定了炉膛中上部为适宜进行选择性非催化还原(sncr)烟气脱硝的区域,进而结合该链条炉炉膛空间较大的特点,将喷氨口位置选定在前墙5.7m高度处,沿宽度方向均匀布置8个喷氨口。对sncr烟气脱硝系统进行数值模拟,结果表明:氨水液滴的喷射速度为40m/s,n(nh3):n(no)为1.5,nh3总消耗量为0.00258kg/s,氨水液滴直径为60μm时,还原剂nh3和no反应最充分,no脱除效率最高,为42.3%。
