新型纳米吸附剂制备及脱除单质汞实验研究

Abstract:

在固定床反应器上进行了模拟烟气条件下纳米fe2o3?sio2吸附剂脱除单质汞的实验,考察了负载量、床层温度、停留时间、水蒸气、so2对样品脱汞效率的影响。结果表明,负载量、温度、水蒸气浓度对脱汞效率的影响均呈先增加后降低的趋势,其最佳值分别为负载量10%,温度350℃,水蒸气体积分数3%。由于传质对反应的影响,延长烟气停留时间有利于脱汞反应,而高so2浓度不利于吸附剂脱汞,其浓度应低于1000μl/l。
