低品位热源干燥低阶煤技术研究进展

Abstract:
脱水提质可提高低阶煤在工业应用(气化、液化和作为固体燃料)中的价值。对目前国内外低阶煤的烟气、蒸汽干燥工艺以及新型的过热蒸汽干燥工艺进行了分析比较。其中烟气干燥工艺使用高温烟气作为中间介质,直接干燥为主,存在自燃和爆炸问题;饱和蒸汽干燥工艺通过间接回转管式干燥器间接加热,废气夹带的粉尘较少,对除尘设备要求较低;过热蒸汽干燥包括内部热循环的流化床蒸汽干燥工艺(wta)、加压蒸汽流化床干燥工艺(psfed)等,具有高能效、高热效、安全等优点。国内的低阶煤干燥主要采用高温烟气直接干燥法。
