Abstract:
takinga300mwunitastheexample,thecharacteristicsandenergyconsumptionoftwoheatingapproaches,extractionsteamheatingandcirculatingwater？watersourceheatpump(cw？wshp)heating,wereinvestigated.theresultsshowthat,whenthecoefficientofperformance(cop)ofthewatersourceheatpumpsystemislargerthan5.03,thecw？wshpheatingmethodhasbetterenergysavingeffectthantheextractionsteamheatingmethod.duetolimitationofthetechnology,theactualcopofthecurrentwatersourceheatpumpisabout4.5to5.5.therefore,theenergyconsumptionofthecw？wshpheatingmethodisbasicallyequivalenttothatoftheextractionsteamheatingmethod.
