超超临界机组锅炉过热器耦合应力强度因子分析

Abstract:
为揭示超超临界机组锅炉含外径裂纹的t92材料过热器管道在热应力和内压耦合作用下裂纹尖端应力场的分布情况,基于t92材料弹性模量e随温度变化的影响,运用有限元软件ansys建立了过热器管外壁含径向裂纹的有限元模型,获得了应力强度因子在热应力和内压耦合作用下的变化规律,并根据力是矢量叠加原理,分析了在内压、热应力及其共同作用下裂纹尖端应力场变化的原因。结果表明:在相同内外壁温差作用下,应力强度因子随着内压的增大而逐渐增大;热应力会导致仅内压作用下的t92材料过热器管外壁含径向裂纹的尖端应力场发生变化;在内压、热应力耦合作用下,应力强度因子随温差的增大而有所减小。
