Abstract:

某厂lnasb型旋流燃烧器喷口的结构变化对锅炉燃烧性能及nox排放影响较大,可使nox排放降低150mg/m3左右,但会带来尾部co浓度增加及燃烧高挥发分煤种时二次风喷口容易结渣及烧损变形问题。分析认为,在保证一、二次风速设计的基础上,采用扩锥型一、二次风喷口并将局部浓缩的煤粉浓缩器改为内浓外淡船型煤粉浓缩器,在进一步降低no排放的同时,也可缓解二次风喷口的结渣及烧损变形问题。
