中国蝮蛇蛇毒中小肽sv-pp-3的分离及其抗血小板聚集作用

Abstract:

目的研究中国蝮蛇蛇毒中具有抑制血小板聚集作用的小肽。方法采用低温离心、sephadexg-75凝胶层析、高效液相c-18反相层析从蛇毒中分离纯化小肽,并用血小板聚集仪测定分离的小肽在体外对磷酸腺苷(adp)诱导的兔血小板聚集作用。结果sv-pp-3是从中国蝮蛇蛇毒中分离出一种相对分子质量为1234.557的新的小肽。sv-pp-3在体外能显著抑制adp诱导的兔血小板聚集,具有剂量依赖性。结论sv-pp-3对adp诱导的兔血小板聚集具有显著的抑制作用。
