本文在中国七城市流动人口调查数据的基础上,实证分析了职业流动对农民工收入水平的影响及其代际差异。结果表明:职业流动对农民工的收入有着重要的影响,通过两代农民工收入的比较分析,发现职业流动与新生代农民工收入呈正相关。但是在回归检验中发现,随着新生代农民工职业流动频次的增加,新生代农民工收入水平开始下降,职业流动频次与新生代农民工的收入水平呈现倒U型非线性关系;而在第一代农民工的回归检验中,职业流动频次与第一代农民工收入水平不存在倒U型非线性关系。Based on the population survey data on seven cities in China, an empirical analysis of occupation flow effect on migrant workers income levels and generational differences was made. The results showed that, there is an important influence on the income of occupation flow of migrant workers, and a comparative analysis of the two generation migrant workers income found that the occupation flow and the new generation of migrant workers’ income displayed a conspicuous positive correlation. But in regression testing, it was found that, along with the increase of the new generation of migrant workers occupation flow frequency, the income level of the new generation of migrant workers began to decline, and the income level of occupation flow frequency and the new generation of migrant workers formed an inverted U type nonlinear model; while in the first generation of migrant workers return inspection experience, the income level frequency occupation flow and the first generation of migrant workers do not take the form of an inverted U type nonlinear model. The article ended with the conclusions of the study and discussed the policy implications of this study
