石化装置定量风险分析软件系统的开发

Abstract:
在研究定量风险评估的基础上,编制了定量风险分析软件ransys系统.该系统考虑了腐蚀减薄、应力腐蚀开裂、外部腐蚀、高温氢损伤、脆性断裂等多种失效模式和可燃后果、人员伤亡以及营业中断等多种后果类型.该系统对现有标准和分析软件进行了补充,可以快速、方便地实现石化装置的定量风险评估.
