质谱技术在蛋白质组学研究中的应用

Abstract:
随着蛋白质组学研究的迅速发展,质谱技术已成为应用于蛋白质组学研究中的强有力工具和核心技术。质谱技术的先进性在于为蛋白质组学研究提供的通量和分子信息。笔者重点概述了基于质谱路线的蛋白质组学研究,介绍了基于质谱的定量蛋白质组学?翻译后修饰蛋白质组学、定向蛋白质组学、功能蛋白质组学以及基于串联质谱技术的蛋白质组学数据解析的研究进展。
