接种外生菌根真菌对湿地松林促生效应及根际微生物数量的影响

Abstract:
采用美味牛肝菌(boletusedulis,简称be)、黄色须腹菌(rhizopogenluteous,简称rl)及其混合菌剂分别对湿地松苗接种,以小区对比试验设计,观测接种后的湿地松菌根形成率、成活率、生长量及叶绿素含量。结果表明:接种外生菌根真菌可以显著提高湿地松的菌根形成率和成活率,增加松苗叶绿素含量,对松苗具有显著的促生长效应。同时对接种后的湿地松根际土壤微生物数量进行了测定,结果表明:湿地松根际细菌数量显著增多,真菌数量显著减少,放线菌数量明显增多。
