油茶根际联合固氮菌的16srdna全序列分析

Abstract:
利用16srdna序列系统发育学分析方法对从湖南省野生油茶根系分离筛选出的一株高效联合固氮菌株b7-7进行了系统分类研究。结果表明:该菌株与鞘脂菌属sphingobiumyanoikuyae的同源性和相似性均达到99%,结合b7-7的形态特征和生理生化特性,初步将其确定为鞘脂菌sphingobiumsp.。
