雾化喷头试验台测试精度分析

Abstract:
对试验用参考喷头参数进行了标定,并对压力传感器、流量传感器的测量精度进行了标定,在标定基础上,对试验台的分布测试误差进行了分析,最后对进行修正后的试验台进行检验。通过标定得出:雾化喷头在不同压力下的流量测量值与手册参考值之间的最大误差为2.70%,压力传感器的压力损失修正值为0.01mpa,流量传感器测量平均值与标准喷头流量误差为1.2%。在相同的压力下,试验台收集流量平均值与标准喷头流量之间最大误差为2.84%。雾台测量误差随测量时间的增大而减小,当测量时间达到200s时,误差基本稳定,最大误差为0.8%。通过对修正的测试系统进行检验,发现集雾台测量值与标准喷头流量最大误差为0.7%,说明该试验台可以满足测量时的高精度要求。
