硅胶控释型丁酸对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠黏膜屏障的影响

Abstract:

本试验以硅胶为控释载体,制备和表征了硅胶控释型丁酸(SG-B),并以丁酸钠为对照,旨在研究SG-B对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠黏膜屏障的影响。选用平均体重为(5.8±0.2)kg的54头21日龄"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪,按胎次一致、体重相近的原则随机分为3组:1)对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;2)丁酸钠组,饲喂基础饲粮+0.10%丁酸钠(丁酸含量为0.078%);3)SG-B组,饲喂基础饲粮+0.19%SG-B(丁酸含量为0.078%),每组3个重复,每个重复6头仔猪,公母各占1/2。试验期10d。结果表明:1)采用室温过量浸渍法制备和表征SG-B,热重分析表明丁酸负载量为41.1%;2)和对照组相比,SG-B组显著提高了断奶仔猪的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比和腹泻率(P<0.05);3)SG-B组血浆D-乳酸浓度和二胺氧化酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),和丁酸钠组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);4)SG-B组十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),十二指肠和回肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加0.19%SG-B能降低断奶仔猪腹泻率,提高生长性能,保护肠黏膜屏障。
