不同品种北京鸭消化器官及肠道形态发育规律的比较

Abstract:

本研究旨在比较枫叶鸭与樱桃谷鸭消化器官及肠道形态的发育规律。选用健康1日龄枫叶鸭和樱桃谷鸭公雏各40只作为试验动物。每个品种为1个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复8只雏鸭。试验期为35d,试验期间所有试鸭的饲粮和饲养管理一致。结果表明:1)2种肉鸭体重均随日龄的增加而显著增加(P<0.05),枫叶鸭7、14、21、28、35日龄体重均显著高于樱桃谷鸭(P<0.05);2)2种肉鸭消化器官的发育规律相似,小肠各段相对重量和相对长度及胰腺相对重量均在7日龄达到最大值,而肝脏、腺胃和肌胃相对重量均随日龄增加而逐渐降低,在1日龄时为最大值;3)枫叶鸭消化器官相对重量和小肠相对长度均极显著低于樱桃谷鸭(P<0.01);4)枫叶鸭十二指肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值均显著高于樱桃谷鸭(P<0.05),而隐窝深度、肠壁厚度在2种肉鸭各肠段上均差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,1~7日龄是枫叶鸭和樱桃谷鸭继胚胎期之后消化器官发育的关键时期,应保证充足的营养供给和良好的饲养管理;枫叶鸭具有较高的十二指肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,表明枫叶鸭具有较高的养分吸收能力。
