密度大于1的高密度液体碳氢燃料合成及复配研究

Abstract:

以双环戊二烯为原料合成了三种高密度燃料组元C10、C15及C20,其密度依次增加,但低温性质逐渐变差。为制备密度大于1且低温性质良好的高密度燃料,进行二元及三元复配,建立了复配燃料密度及低温粘度与组成的关系。C10可显著改善燃料的低温性质,而C20则可提高燃料密度。确定了兼具高密度和低粘度的燃料组成区域:C15为主组分,C10含量低于25%,C20的含量低于10%。此组成的复配燃料密度大于1g·cm-3(15℃),净热值达42.0MJ·L-1,粘度小于500mm2·s-1(-40℃),倾点小于-70℃,具有良好的应用前景。
