干旱对不同抗旱性小麦幼苗超氧物歧化酶的影响

Abstract:

不同抗旱性小麦幼苗的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性在细胞内分布存在差异,表现在抗旱品种的叶绿体和细胞溶质SOD活性、植株总SOD活性高于不抗旱品种,而线粒体SOD活性低于不抗旱品种.干旱处理后,SOD活性增加,抗旱品种酶活性增加值高于不抗旱品种.本研究还观察到8条SOD同工酶酶谱,其中干旱诱导胚芽细胞溶质产生一条新酶谱.
