马铃薯空心块茎解剖结构及营养特点

Abstract:

采用比较研究法,对空心块茎与健康块茎解剖结构及营养特点的研究结果表明,无论是空心块茎还是健康块茎都是环髓区细胞大于心髓区细胞,空心块茎的细胞比健康块茎的细胞大;空心块茎环髓区细胞壁厚度比健康块茎的厚,而心髓区细胞壁厚度则比健康块茎的薄;空心块茎的淀粉、蛋白质、氮、磷、钾、镁,特别是钾、镁的含量显著低于健康块茎,但可溶性糖和还原糖含量却高于健康块茎。
