白粉病菌侵染后小麦叶片蛋白质变化的研究

Abstract:

利用双向电泳技术,分析了高感白粉病和对白粉病表现免疫的2种小麦在接种白粉病菌前后的叶片蛋白的变化。结果表明:无论抗病小麦Pm3b还是易感小麦Chancellor,在白粉菌接种前后,叶片蛋白都有明显变化。都有部分蛋白消失。对于抗病小麦Pm3b,在白粉病菌接种后,在电泳图谱上还发现诱导产生许多新的叶片蛋白。经统计,在白粉菌接种后,抗病小麦Pm3b的叶片诱导产生至少20个新蛋白。推测可能与小麦受白粉病菌诱导后一些抗性蛋白大量表达有关。
