不同酶制剂水平对北京填鸭生长性能、血浆生化指标和肝脏组织学的影响

Abstract:

为了研究不同酶制剂水平对北京填鸭生长性能、血浆生化指标及肝脏组织学的影响。选取35日龄健康、大小均匀的Z4系雄性北京鸭96只,随机分成4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4只鸭。对照组填饲基础日粮,试验1,2和3组在基础日粮中分别添加100,200,300mg/kg的复合酶制剂,试验鸭在35,36日龄填饲量分别为260,300g,之后5d各处理填饲量均为400g/d,试验期为7d。结果表明,200,300mg/kg酶组日增质量(ADG)和料质量比(F/G)显著优于对照组和100mg/kg酶组(P<0.05),100mg/kg酶组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),200,300mg/kg酶组间无显著差异(P>0.05);不同酶制剂水平对北京填鸭血浆葡萄糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的浓度影响不大(P>0.05),而对血浆总胆固醇(CHO)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的浓度有显著影响作用(P<0.05)。各组北京填鸭肝脏细胞肿大,看不清完整的细胞形态,胞浆中充满大量大小不等的脂肪滴,将细胞核挤压到一侧,添加酶制剂能够增加肝脏内脂肪的沉积量。综上所示,酶制剂在一定范围内能够提高北京填鸭日增质量,降低料质量比,当添加量超过一定水平时,其作用效果不明显。
