轴棱锥产生局域空心光束的几种新技术

Abstract:

介绍几种基于传统轴棱锥和新型轴棱锥产生局域空心光束的新方法,并基于几何光学、波动光学和矩阵光学理论进行分析和模拟.研究表明:4种方法都可以获得高质量且尺寸可调的局域空心光束,也都利用了轴棱锥高转换效率、高损伤阈值的优点,但在元件集成及加工制造上各有优缺点.
