光束在一维光子晶体中的古-汉位移特性

Abstract:

根据传输矩阵法,研究光束在一维光子晶体中的古斯-汉森位移.结果表明,光子晶体结构的随机误差能够增强光子禁带中的古斯-汉森位移.该位移与光子晶体材料的折射率、光子晶体的周期数,以及光束的入射角有关.研究结果还表明,在掺杂的一维光子晶体中,结构的随机误差会降低缺陷态附近的古斯-汉森位移,同时在禁带的其他地方,位移得到增强.
