熔盐法制备梯度型LiNixCoyMn1-x-yO2电极材料的研究

Abstract:

采用熔盐法在不同温度下制备出层状浓度梯度型LiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2正极材料。经XRD,SEM实验分析表明材料具有典型的α-NaFeO2层状结构,粒径在200~400nm之间。在2.75~4.5V充放电电压范围内测试,800℃得到的材料首次放电比容量为166.8mAh/g,保持率为99%;同时,在2C电流以内充放电,该材料表现出较稳定的倍率性能。
