LiTaO3颗粒增韧Al2O3陶瓷复合材料的制备与性能

Abstract:

通过冷等静压成型空气气氛下无压烧结把LiTaO3压电陶瓷颗粒作为增韧相引入Al2O3结构陶瓷,结果发现,LiTaO3与Al2O3在1300℃烧结后能稳定共存,LiTaO3颗粒弥散均匀分布;LiTaO3的加入改善了Al2O3陶瓷的烧结性能;LiTaO3颗粒含量适中的Al2O3基陶瓷复合材料的力学性能显著提高。
