Cf/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的发展与应用现状

Abstract:

介绍了Cf/SiC复合材料的制备工艺,分析了各种制备工艺的优、缺点。描述了Cf/SiC复合材料近年来在航空涡轮发动机、热保护系统、光学结构及光学反射镜以及刹车片系统等领域的应用发展状况。对当前Cf/SiC复合材料研究存在的问题进行了分析,指出提高Cf/SiC陶瓷基复合材料抗氧化性仍是未来发展的一个重要研究方向。
