高岭石/对硝基苯胺插层复合物的制备与表征

Abstract:

以高岭石/DMSO作为前驱化合物,甲醇取代DMSO形成高岭石/甲醇插层复合物中间体,再用二次取代法成功制备了高岭石/对硝基苯胺插层复合物,产物用X射线粉晶衍射和傅利叶变换红外光谱进行了表征.高岭石的层间距扩张到1.48nm,插层率达到了81.0%.高岭石/对硝基苯胺插层复合物的红外光谱表明对硝基苯胺分子中硝基上的氧原子与高岭石的内表面羟基形成氢键;氨基上的氢原子与高岭石的硅氧层面中的氧形成氢键;对硝基苯胺分子可能以单分子层垂直排列于高岭石层间.
