孔口缝合补强复合材料层合板渐进损伤分析

Abstract:

针对孔口缝合补强复合材料层合板,通过有限元软件建立了含孔口缝合补强复合材料的渐进损伤模型。利用该模型预测了不同缝合参数情况下的破坏载荷,数值结果和实验吻合较好,证明了模型的有效性。在拉伸载荷情况下,模拟不同缝合参数下不同铺层的孔边损伤情况,发现不同缝合参数对层合板纤维损伤的影响与铺层角度密切相关。结果显示缝合补强后,层合板的损伤过程有明显的推迟,特别是双缝合情形下推迟的程度尤为显著。
