Beclin1与PTEN在鼻咽癌中的表达及相关性研究

Abstract:

目的检测Beclin1、PTEN在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平,分析自噬蛋白Beclin1与凋亡相关蛋白PTEN在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例鼻咽癌、20例癌旁黏膜和15例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中Beclin1和PTEN蛋白表达,并分析其与临床分期、病理组织类型和转移的关系。结果Beclin1在鼻咽癌、癌旁黏膜和鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中阳性表达率分别为38.0%、65.0%、93.3%,PTEN的阳性表达率分别为34.0%、85.0%、93.3%,Beclin1和PTEN蛋白表达程度都与鼻咽癌临床分期、组织学分型和颈部淋巴结转移相关(PP结论鼻咽癌组织中Beclin1、PTEN低表达与鼻咽癌发生、发展相关,检测其表达对研究鼻咽癌发生、发展有重要的作用,并可作为患者预后判断的重要标志物。
