蛋白芯片法在结核分枝杆菌抗体检测方面的应用

Abstract:

目的将蛋白芯片法与抗酸染色法进行比较,评价蛋白芯片法在结核分枝杆菌抗体检测方面的应用价值。方法应用蛋白芯片法对200例肺结核患者的标本进行结核菌蛋白脂阿拉伯甘露糖(LAM)、16kD和38kD三种结核特异性抗原的相应抗体检测,并与抗酸染色法检测的结果进行比较。结果蛋白芯片法阳性检出率为51.5%,高于抗酸染色法阳性检出率39.5%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P结论与抗酸染色法比较,蛋白芯片法具有简便、快速、敏感性较高和特异性强等优点,是临床辅助诊断肺结核病的有效方法。
