α-Al_2O_3:C晶体热致发光和光致受激发光特性的数值模拟

Abstract:

通过α-Al2O3C晶体的热致发光(thermoluminescence,TL)简单模型建立的速率方程,采用Mathematica5.2软件用数值模拟的方法对α-Al2O3C晶体的TL和光致受激发光(opticallystimulatedluminescence,OSL)特性进行了探讨。结果表明随着辐照剂量的增加,α-Al2O3C晶体TL峰向低温方向移动,OSL衰减速率逐渐加快;α-Al2O3C晶体的TL和OSL剂量响应曲线呈线性-亚线性-饱和的特点,在低剂量范围内显示出良好的线性关系;OSL灵敏度明显优于TL灵敏度,具有更宽的线性剂量响应范围。数值模拟的计算结果和实验结果基本相符。
