均相共沉淀法制备纳米ZnO:(Eu,Li)红色荧光粉的光致发光(英文)

Abstract:

以Zn(NO3)2·2H2O,CO(NH2)2,Eu(NO3)3·6H2O和LiNO3·2H2O为原料,采用均相共沉淀法制备了Eu,Li共掺的纳米ZnO(Eu,Li)荧光粉。用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、热重–差示扫描量热分析等表征了样品的结构、形貌。研究了Eu与Li的摩尔比和煅烧温度对样品的发光性能的影响。结果表明合成的ZnO(Eu,Li)粉体具有六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO晶型,粒度分布均匀,粒径尺寸为20~40nm。当Eu与Li的摩尔比为31时,700℃下煅烧2h的样品发光强度最高。在发射光谱中样品的发射峰位于570~620nm,其发射主峰位于611nm处,对应于Eu的5D0→7F2跃迁。
