热压烧结制备AlN-Al2O3复相陶瓷及其性能

Abstract:

以AlN和Al2O3为原料,Y2O3为烧结助剂,在N2气氛下热压烧结制备出AlN-30%(质量分数)Al2O3复相陶瓷;运用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜表征复相陶瓷的相组成及显微结构。研究了烧结温度对AlN-Al2O3复相陶瓷的相组成、显微结构、烧结性能、力学性能、热导率和介电性能的影响。结果表明在1650~1700℃可制备出致密的AlN-Al2O3复相陶瓷。Al2O3的引入对AlN基体起到了较好的增强效果,1650℃烧结材料的抗弯强度最高达457MPa。随着烧结温度的升高,材料的热导率(λ)和相对介电常数(εr)先增大后减小,而介电损耗(tanδ)则先减小后又略有增大,1650~1700℃烧结得到的材料导热性能和介电性能最佳且变化不大,其中,1700℃烧结得到材料的λ、εr和tanδ分别为58W/(m·K),7.4和2.4×10-4。
