凝胶注模固化应力的研究

Abstract:

凝胶注模成型工艺作为一种原位凝固成型技术,可有效提高材料的可靠性,降低复杂形状陶瓷部件的制造成本;但在凝胶注模成型过程中,由于坯体内部易产生应力,在后续的干燥和排胶过程中极容易造成坯体开裂。为定量分析固化应力对坯体开裂的影响,利用自制的应力感应器对浆料在成型过程中产生的内应力大小进行了检测,研究了催化剂、引发剂、有机物浓度、有机单体与交联剂的比例、固相体积分数等对浆料固化内应力的产生以及排胶后坯体开裂的影响。结果表明浆料在固化过程中会产生内应力,浆料中引发剂和单体含量的增加使得内应力增大;单体与交联剂质量比减小造成浆料的最高温度点升高,浆料固化过程中产生的应力增加,使得坯体排胶开裂现象更为严重。
