不同MgO含量铝镁酸钙精炼剂对镁碳材料的动态蚀损

Abstract:

利用真空感应电炉模拟现场精炼工艺,研究了不同MgO含量预熔型铝镁酸钙精炼剂(CaO-MgO-Al2O3,CMA)对镁碳材料的动态蚀损过程。与传统萤石精炼相比,预熔型铝镁酸钙精炼剂对镁碳砖的蚀损明显减弱。铝镁酸钙精炼剂中MgO含量越高,镁碳砖中MgO向渣中扩散的驱动力越小;渣的黏度增大,渣向砖中的渗透深度以及砖中MgO向渣中的溶解速率降低。MgO在精炼渣中的理论饱和度为(6~8)%(质量分数,下同),但由于感应电炉内较强的搅拌作用,镁碳砖中氧化镁向渣中迁移或者扩散,冶炼终渣中MgO含量可达到20%左右。镁碳砖的侵蚀取决于精炼剂中MgO的含量和搅拌作用。
