含氟化物的钡镓锗酸盐玻璃形成及其热性能

Abstract:

在钡镓锗酸盐玻璃中引入氟化物,研究了BaF2-Ga2O3-GeO2和BaF2-GaF3-GeO2系统的玻璃形成区,并采用DTA分析方法研究了成分对玻璃热性质的影响。研究表明,随玻璃组分中氟化物组分数增加,玻璃形成区减小;在含氟化物的钡镓锗系统中,析晶温度Tx随Ga含量增加出现最大值,转变温度Tg出现极小值;在Ga含量不变的情况下,Tx随BaF2含量增加也出现极大值;以摩尔百分数计,对于BaF2-Ga2O3-GeO2系统,20BaF2系列玻璃的最佳Ga2O3含量约为15%,15Ga2O3系列玻璃的最佳BaF2含量约为15%;在BaF2-GaF3-GeO2系统中,10BaF2系列玻璃的最佳GaF3含量约为20%,15GaF3系列玻璃的最佳BaF2含量约为10%。
