ComplexFertilizerProductionfromtheResidueinProducingFurfuralUsingStraw:StudyontheKeywords: straw,furfural,residue,additive,compoundfertilizer Abstract: Thecomplexadditiveswhichcontain(ω)4%~6%phosphoricacid,4%~6%calciumtriplesuperphosphate,80%~90%calciumphosphate,2%~3%calciumcarbonate,2%~4%sodiumhydrosuphite,2%~4%ferricsulfateand2%~4%aluminumsulfatewereusedtoproducefurfuralbystrawhydrolysiswithsulfuricacid.Theeffectofreactionconditionsonresidueacidityandfurfuralproductivitywereinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthesuitableconditionsaresulfuricacidconcentration16%(ω),theaddedsulfuricacidamountingto6%ofallrawmaterials,theweightratioofliquidtosolid21,thecontentofadditivesinstraw6%,temperature100~130℃andreactiontimeof2h,underwhichtheproductivityoffurfuralwas9.6%ofricestrawand10.5%ofwheatstrawrespectively(or80%~85%ofthetheoreticalvalue),meanwhiletheresiduebecameacompoundfertilizer.
