基于挠度控制方法的BFRP筋混凝土梁抗弯设计

Abstract:

纤维增强塑料(FRP)筋混凝土梁的抗弯设计主要受正常使用极限状态的制约,因此在采用极限状态设计法对FRP筋混凝土梁进行抗弯设计时,其步骤应根据正常使用性能标准的要求对构件进行配筋设计,然后再按极限平衡理论进行强度验算。基于这一设计思路,采用对构件挠度进行控制的方法,根据应变协调条件和截面内力平衡条件,并结合对构件的荷载-挠度关系进行非线性全过程分析;提出了一种通过允许挠度确定最小配筋率的抗弯设计方法,并编写了相应的计算程序,设计了相应的图形用户界面(GUI)。采用该方法设计了2根玄武岩纤维增强塑料(BFRP)筋混凝土梁,对其在正常使用极限荷载下的挠度进行了有限元求解,并与非线性全过程分析和简化挠度公式的计算结果进行了比较。分析结果表明得到的挠度值均小于允许挠度值,说明该方法具有较好的适用性;为满足正常使用条件下的挠度要求,应将BFRP筋混凝土梁设计为超筋梁,较高的配筋率可以明显减小BFRP筋混凝土梁的挠度,改善其变形性能。
