软岩切削过程的三维数值模拟

Abstract:

运用切削动力学理论以及有限单元理论,选择在Ottosen4参数破坏准则基础上引入损伤因子的弹塑性本构模型作为软岩的材料模型,考虑刀具与软岩之间的摩擦,基于大型非线性动力有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对软岩的切削过程进行了三维动态模拟,得到了软岩等效应力和刀具切削力的变化规律。仿真结果表明软岩受到切刀挤压作用,达到屈服强度而发生塑性变形,最后产生崩裂;在整个切削过程中,岩石受到一个增大、减小的循环应力,刀具的切削力呈现严重的波动性。通过与试验结果比较,发现模拟数值与试验值吻合良好,这表明该数值分析方法是有效的,可用来指导盾构刀具破岩理论的进一步研究,并为改进盾构刀具的设计提供可靠的依据。
