基于约束网络的公差设计方法

Abstract:
采用优化方法进行公差设计难以结合设计经验，为此，提出了基于约束网络的公差设计方法，深入讨论了公差设计约束网络模型的构成，以及利用区间过滤机制的模型求解算法框架，并阐述了实际公差设计约束协调系统的结构及工作原理。最后给出了该方法在减震器弹簧公差设计中的应用实例。
