Li3PO4纳米晶与Li3PO4/PMMA块体透明纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

Abstract:

通过高温溶剂法制备了油酸包覆的Li3PO4纳米晶,经过聚乙二醇单油酸酯再修饰,分散于甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体中,通过原位紫外光引发本体聚合,得到了块体的Li3PO4/PMMA纳米复合材料.XRD谱显示所制备的Li3PO4纳米晶为纯的单斜相,而复合材料的XRD谱中含有Li3PO4的相,表明Li3PO4纳米晶已成功复合进PMMA中,Li3PO4的TEM显示其粒径较为均一,约为10nm,且在环己烷中无明显的团聚.复合材料超薄切片的TEM表明,Li3PO4纳米晶以50nm左右的团簇分散于聚合物基质中.FTIR测试表明制备的Li3PO4纳米晶被油酸包覆.UV-Vis显示当所制备的复合材料固含量达14.6wt%仍然保持很高的透过率,TGA分析表明纳米粉的掺入使复合材料的分解温度提高了95℃.制备的Li3PO4/PMMA纳米复合材料有望应用于热中子的探测.
